Shipping Info
If you are local to Haldon Forest Park (most of Exeter, Teignbridge and Torbay) we will use our local delivery van and your shipping cost for one tree will be adjusted based on your postcode (this will be £12.50 or £17.50). Additional trees are charged at £5 each but wreaths, lights and stands will be placed on the van with your tree order free of charge. If on entering your postcode, shipping displays as £20, you will come under our extended local area delivery service and additional goods will incur a shipping charge. Collection of your tree is offered for an additional £10. Collection of local trees takes place on the first 3 working days after 12th Night. Your tree must be outside your house with all decorations removed or we will not take it and we will not make a second attempt.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, the goods must be returned to us at your own expense, and our Customer Service team must be alerted within 48 hours of receipt. You must ensure the goods are packed adequately to protect against damage and are returned in a condition for re-sale. A refund for the goods only (not postage) will be made upon the items being returned to us in a condition for re-sale.
Refunds will be made within 14 working days.
We make every effort to fulfil aesthetic requests for Christmas Trees, however, as they are a natural product we cannot be held responsible for slight colour and shape irregularities. If you do wish to specify what shape of tree you would like i.e. slim, wide at the bottom, bushy, please state this in the notes when placing your order.
Refunds for trees are only given if trees are damaged in transit of which evidence is required. Damaged trees must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. For more information regarding our products and services, see Terms & Conditions.
